Acorn squash, 1 wholeKNOTTS BERRY FARM Apple Cinnamon Jelly-2 tsp20 raisins or a handfull 20 cranberries if desireda sprinkle ground clovesCooking sprayNOTE: I used KNOTTS BERRY FARM Apple Cinnamon Jelly but I could not find it in the ingredient listing.
Serves 2
Heat oven to 350
Slice acorn squash in 1/2, remove seeds. Place cut side down on foil lined baking pan that has been sprayed with a little bit of cooking spray.
Cook until soft.
Turn squash halves right side up and add 1 tsp jelly to the center well of each 1/2 of squash, add raisins and cranberries, sprinkle with ground cloves if desired
Cook until jelly melts and raisins puff up.

when adding jelly and fruit, is the squash just turned cut side up and the hole is filled or is the squash removed from its "peel" and placed in a dish first? - 10/12/08

Turn the squash right side up and put the jelly & fruit in the center well of each 1/2 of the suqash.
