Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
Frozen Strawberries, Splenda, nonfat milk, and ground flaxseed
Directions
Grind up the flaxseed and put in the blender, add the frozen strawberries, and then the milk and splenda. I eye-balled what I put in but it came out perfect.
