Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1.5 cups chopped broccoli1 small onion, chopped5 slices pre-cooked bacon4 large eggs1 cup milkSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1) Pre-heat oven to 350*
2) In bottom of pie crust, layer cheese, brocolli, onion and bacon evenly.
3) Mix eggs and milk well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4) Pour egg mixture over the other ingredients in the pie crust.
5) Bake for 55 minutes.
