Ingredients
1 can Pink Salmon1 Lg. Egg8 Saltine Crackers (crushed)1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Directions
Mix salmon, egg, crackers, and seasoning in a medium bowl. Form into 6 patties. Spray pan with Canola spray and cook patties over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes turning several times. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
