Pumpkin Oat Bars

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree1 1/2 c. quick oats1/2 c. Bisquick (or other baking mix)1/2 c. golden raisins1/2 c. pitted prunes1 medium egg1/3 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. pecans1 tbsp. cinnamon1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice2 tbsp. honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Line an 8" X 12" pan with tin foil (for easy clean up) and spray lightly with cooking spray. Spread mixture into pan. Bake 18-20 minutes. It should feel slightly firm but not sticky to the touch. After the mix cools, pick it up out of pan holding the sides of foil. Cut into 16 bars. Freeze remaining bars for a quick snack later.
