-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)-1 can Campbell's healthy cream of chicken condensed soup (98% fat free, 45% lower sodium... just the soup)-1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese condensed soup (just the soup)-1 c. skim milk-1 tsp minced garlic-1/2 tsp basil-1/2 tsp oregano-2 c. frozen broccoli
Put ingredients into crockpot. Stir well. Cook on high for 3 hours and enjoy

It was ok, but not very much flavor. Adding the broccoli at the beginning makes it way too mushy. I'll probably make it again but cook it on low for 6-8 hours and add the broccoli in the last hour. I'd add more herbs/spices, too. I added some cooked whole wheat pasta when it was done. - 1/10/09

mmm. pasta sounds good. i had leftover canned goods so i was trying to see what i could make that would be low on calories. the broccoli didn't bother me, but i know some people are particular about the texture of certain foods. my picky bf probably wouldn't like it. lol. thanks for the suggestions!
