I used cooking spray and Italian seasonings and they turned out great. The baking process really brings out their flavor and makes them very tender. - 1/29/09

I had not tried brussels sprouts for years due to "childhood vegetable trauma" but tried this recipe and LOVE them this way. You can add different seasonings to your taste so - very versatile. Thanks for sharing! - 8/14/10

I used the olive oil spray, but just put them on a non- stick cookie sheet to bake. I threw in some garlic cloves among the brussels sprouts, and then drizzled balsamic vinegar over it. Yummy! I baked them at 350... - 2/17/12

Quick, easy and tasty! And I was NOT a fan of sprouts before, so trust me - these are worth trying. Gave some to another friend who also claims they don't eat sprouts, and we both agreed, we liked them! - 9/13/12

These were delicious! I added a couple garlic cloves and cut down the olive oil. I had large sprouts so they took a bit longer to cook. Great recipe! - 1/3/12

Used Olive Oil spray. They shared the oven with another dish at a lower temp. Cooked them about 10 more minutes. Used no other seasoning but S&P. Nice flavor. Next time I will play with some seasonings. - 12/28/11

my grandma made me eat brussel sprouts once when I was younger, and despite all the butter and bacon surrounding them, they were still the most god awful thing ever. This recipe really makes these once scary sprouts into a pretty tasty veggie. No bitterness, just deliciousness. - 10/31/11
