Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients
3 c. flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder2 1/2 c sugar1 1/8 c canola oil1 1/2 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tsp salt3 eggs1 1/2 c milk2 1/2 T poppy seed1 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bowl; beat for 2 minutes. Put into 2 bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
