Ingredients
cauliflower 1 cup, 1 egg, 4 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, and seasoning such as oregano and garlic for the crust.Top with 1/2 cup sauce and turkey pepperoni
Directions
Prepare crust, just mix all ingredient and press evenly onto the pan. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with pizza toppings. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.

    Ok I'm a cauliflower freak, and I would love to try this recipe, one question though, is the cauliflower raw or cooked, I would like to get it right the first time.

    I haven't tried it so I can't be sure, but it sounds as if it would make a better cauliflower side dish than a pizza substitute. As a side dish, it sounds good. - 11/10/08
