* Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp * Powdered Sugar, 2 tbsp, unsifted * Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp * Milk, nonfat, 0.2 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Corn Starch, 0.3 cup * *Flour, white, 0.75 cup * *Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp * Blackberries, fresh, 0.33 cup * Raspberries, 0.5 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp
preheat oven to 365F
Mix butter and sugar to creamy;
Add half-half,milk and eggs, mix well;
Add corn starch, flour and baking powder;
Turn the mixer speed to low, and oil;
Then add blackberry and raspberry;
Fill the 24-well non-stick mini muffin baking pan;
Bake for 20 minutes.
