Crock Pot Irish Stew

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove) * Red Potato, 450 grams (remove) * Vegetable stock cube (per cube), 1 serving (remove) * Beef chuck, 420 grams (remove)
Directions
Slice all vegetables thinly. Cut meat into 1" cubes.
Layyer all ingredients from bottom to top Onion -Potato- Carrots - Bay Leaf - Meat seasoning with salt and pepper between layers. Add Stock to just cover the meat.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours
