Crockpot Split Pea and Ham Stew

Ingredients
1 16 oz package of split peas16 oz of ham, cubed2 bouillon vegetable cubes4 carrots peeled and chopped2 celery stalks, chopped5 garlic cloves minced (or to taste)1 bay leafThyme, salt, and pepper to taste NOTE: Skip the salt if you don't use low sodium bouillon)6 cups of water
Directions
Place the ingredients in the crockpot in the following order: onions, carrots, celery, split peas, ham, bouillon, garlic, bay leaf, spices, water

DO NOT STIR

Cook on low for 10 hours or until split peas are soft. Stir before serving.

Makes 14 One Cup servings.
