Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

16 oz boneless skinless chicken pounded thin1/3 cup flour1 tsp paprika1 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ( or to taste)1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp seasoning salt1 tblsp oilcooking spray1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup2/3 cup fat free sour cream
pound chicken and cut into 5 portions
combine flour and seasonings together
heat saute pan with oil
dip chicken pieces in flour and cook in oil browning on each side remove from pan set aside add can of soup and stir to heat add chicken back to pan and simmer on low 5-8 minutes or until chicken cooked through remove from heat and stir in sour cream
