Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Giant Mushrooms 'pieces & stems', 1 cn.Garlic Salt, .50 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Olive Oil, .25 cup
slice & chop all vegetables, pre-heat skillet large enough to toss all ingredients. when hot add olive oil & vegetables, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking & over browning. saute till vegetables are crisp tender, about 10 min. Add seasoning giving a final toss to combine well & serve hot.

Excellent vegetable dish. I started with the onions, as I like them a bit more cooked, and used Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic (rather than garlic salt)l. Thank you! - 3/16/09

Hi, if your trying to avoid high sodium- try using Ms. Dash Seasonings instead? The worchestershire is also higher than the used garlic salt.
