Tequila Shrimp

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Shrimp5 cloves Garlic 3/4 cup Tequila6 tbsp Fresh Cilantro1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne2 tbsp Butter, unsaltedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in tequila, and season with cilantro, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 more minutes. Serve over Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice.
