Banana-Applesauce Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Banana1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup fat free vanilla soy milk
Directions
Chop up the banana and put into blender. Add in applesauce and soy milk. Cover blender. Blend until completely mixed. Pour into cup and serve.

Hint: This is really good if you pop it into the fridge for a while before drinking!
