Recovery Shake

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Blue Agave1 C. skim milk1/2 C. Ice1 scoop GeniSoy Soy Protein XT1 Tbsp. Flax Seed1/2 individual packet of instant coffee (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender or Magic Bullet, if you have one.  Blend until smooth.  Divide into 2 cups and enjoy.
