4 slices left over beef1 pkg steamfresh broccoli1 pkg steamfresh white rice2 small onions3 gloves garlichoisin saucecarrotsOlive Oil for sauteing
Slice it all up and throw it in a pot! Saute till hot, and throw on the sauce, and serve it over rice! A quick fix.

Very tasty!! However I used this as a base recipe.. Used leftover beef & pork roasts, added onion, red pepper, carrots (which I shaved @ veggie peeler so they'd cook fast), used up the gravy 1/3 c; added beef stock, 1-2 tbsp zesty Italian, cornstarch @ water to thicken; served over hot brown rice. - 8/3/10
