Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients
4 - 4oz tilapia filets, fresh or frozen1.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs (or plain + Italian seasoning)1 cup grated Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese4 tbsp melted butter / butter spread
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Spray casserole dish with Pam.

Mix cheese and breadcrumbs in a wide, shallow dish. Melt butter in microwave.

Dip fresh or frozen tilapia filets in melted butter, then dredge in breadcrumb mix. Place in single layer in baking dish.

Bake until crust is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork; about 20-25 mins for fresh fish or 30-35 for frozen.
