Yogurt snack - Balili

Ingredients
2 Tablespoon of bulgur ( dry) 1/2 cup of tap water 1/4 cup of cold water1/2 cup of your favorite plain yogurt1 tsp of splenda sweetner
Directions
Wash the bulgur and drain
In a 2 cup bowl add 1/2 cup of water and the bulgur . Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Becarefull when removing the bowl from microwave it will be very hot.
Add the 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of cold water
stirr very good
Add the sweetner stir and serve
