Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
Broccoli - 250 gmsPotato - 2 smallGarlic - 4 clovesCream - 1 tbspButter - 1 tbspSat & black pepper powder to taste
Directions
Steam the broccoli & potato together until tender. Puree them in a blender. Saute the minced garlic cloves in butter till cooked, add the broccoli & potato puree. Add water to adjust the soup to the desired consistency. Add salt & pepper to taste and allow the soup to come to a boil. Add the fresh cream and mix well. Serve hot.
