Mixed Smoothie

Ingredients
Nonfat Yogurt, Pineapple Juice, Low-fat Milk along with frozen blueberries, strawberries and blackberries.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute. Ice not necessary, but you may add to taste. Kids love it! and you will too.
