I have made a similar version for many years but I use some lemon or lime juice instead of some of the water, and I put it in the blender to get it really smooth. Yum! - 1/21/12

Great recipe! It's really good for fresh spring rolls, or even as a salad dressing. I like to add sriracha chili sauce to mine for extra spice. - 8/1/10

I agree Yummy! For those of us with nut allergies this also works well if you replace the peanut butter with soy-nut butter, a staple in my kitchen :) - 1/28/09

I added chili paste with garlic and used powdered peanut butter (PB2) and 1/4 cup water to reconstitute it. Fewer calories, less fat! I also sliced scallions very thinly into this for color and a bit more flavor. - 2/20/13

I really like how easy this recipe was... and tasty. I used grated fresh ginger and instead of all the water I zested a lime and used the juice as well. Since we like hot I added a dash of cayenne and chili paste. Very good and will make again. - 3/25/10

I make a variation of this, but add a touch of LF Creamy French Drsg; a LOT of lemongrass (addicted) and scallions. I also serve it on "zoodles" zucchini noodles instead of pasta. Could live on it! - 5/9/12

My favorite salad dressing/peanut sauce for noodles or chicken: 2 tbsp of PB2, water to thickness preference, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and 2 packets of stevia. I am going to add some ginger to mix it up! - 2/8/13

I liked it, but definitely added some heat with a dash of red cayenne powder and doubled the grated ginger root. I also added a couple cranks from my grinder of East Asian spice mix. Turned out tasty on my chicken and spinach wrap. - 5/13/11

I made this tonight, and loved it! I have tried a couple of other peanut sauce recipes, but this takes the top place! It is quick and easy with ingredients I keep on hand. I did double the recipe and add a 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. This will go in my favorites! - 7/25/14
