1.5c cooked potato2 cloves garlic1 oz lemon juice2 Tbsp olive oil3 oz cod roe2 Tbsp light sour cream
Directions
Bake potato and let cool. Scoop into food processor with other ingrediants
and blend. Serve on crackers or rye crisps. 2 Tbls is a serving
