You will need:1/2 of a 16oz bag of frozen pineapple, mango, strawberry blend1 cup Light Orange Juice Beverage (I prefer Active Lifestyle brand)1 cup Skim (fat-free) Milk1 Medium Banana2 Tbsp. Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt*Note - you can alter the amount of nutrients (ex: protein, fiber etc...) by the ingredients you purchase (ex: extra calcium orange juice) or by adding powders (ex: protein and/or fiber powders) and including them in the mixture.
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend 10-20 seconds. Pour and Enjoy!
