Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1can kidney beans14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained1 pkg McCormick MIld chili mix
Directions
Cook beef, drain. add all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil, cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Stir occasionally.

Top with cheese, sour cream or crackers. (Not included in calories)
