2 6 oz. cans Starkist Chunk White Albacore Tuna in water2 hard boiled eggs chopped10 tbsp Hellmans light mayo (or fat free) 1/4 cup chopped onion (optional)Mix all the ingredients above spread on rice cake and enjoy. This is one of my favorite lunch items.
