baked salmon patties(low fat)

Ingredients
5 oz canned salmon( bones included)2 tablespoons wheat flour(or more if not firm enough)1/4 c egg beaters2 tablespoons chopped onionsalt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste.
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix as listed. spray the pan with non stick spray. Make into patties(six thin).
If you add too much flour you will lose the flavor of the salmon.
