Saved this recipe awhile ago but just cooked it tonight I shouldn’t have waited so long! Added some onions and bell pepper. Used Tony Chacherie instead of red pepper flakes. Very tasty and versatile as evidenced by other members’ comments. - 11/17/20

Turned out good, but was a bit bland. I didn't know how much paprika to add, so I winged it. Also, I added red and yellow peppers and the little tomatoes (cut in half). - 1/24/12

This was really good. Next time I think I would use more spinach though. I had a bag of fresh spinach to use and used about half the bag. I could have definitely put the whole thing in it though. Thanks for sharing - 4/15/10

This is like a recipe I found on allrecipes.com that I absolutely love. I use whole wheat orzo to make it a bit more healthy. I also use 3oz of chicken per person. Just today I tried adding reduced fat feta instead of parm to top, and it was just delicious! - 1/9/10

This was a pretty good recipe. My husband said "okay" but my toddler loved it. We used frozen spinach instead of fresh, and it turned out good too :) - 1/3/10

In an unprecidented move, the kids loved it, the husband didn't. For me it was good but not my favourite. Easy easy though! - 7/5/09

This was very good. I added a bit of red cooking wine, and it gave it a delicious tangy flavor. - 5/8/09

Very easy to make and delicious. I substituted brown rice for the orzo and frozen spinach for the fresh so it took a little longer but a thumbs up from my family. - 5/4/09
