3 cups white rice2 cups water1 tbsp sofrito1 tbsp vegetable oil4 oz green pogeon peas(gandules)1 tbsp adobo seasoning1 pachet of Sazon1 tbsp tomato sauce
Add 3 cups of rice to 2 cups water add oil, sofrito, Adobo, sazon, tomato sauce, and pigeon peas. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium low cook for 35 minutes turning rice every 15 minutes. When done serve with grilled pork chop or baked chicken.
