Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef3 16oz cans Kidney Beans1 14.5oz can Stewed Tomatoes1 med onion (chopped)2 cups Tomatoe Sauce
Directions
Brown meat and onioin together. Add other ingredients. Let stew for 3-4 hours.

Makes 12 - 1cup servings.

My mama also added various spices. refused to tell me what or in what quanities. Said it was a secret.
