Ingredients
Chicken Breast - 1 poundLight Margarine - 3 TbsHot Sauce - 2 TbsGarlic Powder - 1/8 tsp
Directions
Melt light margarine. Mix in hot sauce and garlic powder. Place cut up chicken tenders in baking dish. Sprinkle hot sauce mixture over chicken breast. Toss them to coat meat. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
