I added a sprinkle of Bread Crumbs and Grated Cheese to the top for a nice crunch. Its refreshing to actually see a recipe that has a realistic serving size. Two teaspoons of food is not satisfying no matter how badly you want to drop pounds!!! Thanks for this one!!!! - 1/31/09

This sound really satisfying when craving the Tuna and Noodle Casseroles and the calorie intake not to bad. Can't wait to try it. - 1/30/09

This looks really yummy and there are days I crave Tuna Casserole. This looks like it'll solve the problem.

One note - the calories look like it's for the entire recipe, so it's actually less per serving -- Yeah! Yummy and calorically happy. - 1/29/09

According to the recipe I am seeing on my screen, it says 403 cal for each of 3 servings. I do think this is worth it, it's pretty yum. But it could even be divided up into 4 servings to cut it down just a little bit.

Thanks for taking the time to review the recipe for me
