Blue cheese stuffed Hamburgers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef4 oz. blue cheese 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions
Divide ground beef into 4 equal size balls.
Divide each ball into 2 portions. Flatten each portion.
Put 1 oz blue cheese on each 4 portions.
Put other flattened portion on top of each layer.
Press tightly to seal in the cheese.
Grill or bake to medium or well done.
Put in bun and serve.
