Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries2 tbsp plain low fat yogurt1 tbsp black chia seed1 small banana1 tbsp honey1 cup skim milkice to thicken as desired
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender layering from most liquid to most solid. Add ice to desired thickness. Blend until well combined. Serve.
