Ingredients
2 servings of your favorite low sugar ice cream - We use Breyers Double Churned No added sugar.1 apple, sliced and peeled1 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp butter2 tbsp sugar free caramel topping
Directions
Slice apples and toss with cinnamon. Melt butter in small skillet over medium and add apples. Saute until soft. Remove from heat and add in caramel topping and mix well.
Serve over ice cream and enjoy!
