BJ's Homemade Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans of Tuna Fish light in oil7 tbsp of Mayo1 Dill Pickle Spear1 tsp of salt1 tsp of pepper
Directions
Cut up dill pickle spear.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Makes 6-8 quarter cup servings.

Take quarter cup and place on bed of lettuce or between two whole grain pieces of bread.
