Apple 'n' onion chicken

Ingredients
3 med. apples, sliced2 large onions, thinly sliced1 tbs butter6 boneless chicken breast (5oz)1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3/4 cup shredded reduced fat swiss cheese1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup seasoned minced fresh thyme1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
Directions
1. In a large skillet, saute apples and onions in butter for 10 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a 13X9 in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with chicken, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
2. Combine the cheses, bread crumbs and thyme, sprinkle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Or until meat thermometer reaches 170.

    You're right. Sorry!! My grandkids wanted to help post it. 1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs. and pour the apple juice over it all.

    Very good! I used 1/4 cup of bread crumbs (assumed apple juice was wrong) and about a teaspoon of thyme. I seasoned the chicken using some garlic and chinese 5 spice. Used one onion and 2 apples for 4 large chicken breasts. Also suggest sauteeing the onions before addidng the apples. - 1/9/12
