Orange Cranberry Scones

Ingredients
2 T orange peel, grated1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup unbleached flour1/3 cup sugar1/2 t. salt1 Tbl baking powder1/2 cup butter1/2 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup plain yogurt3 T orange juice1 large egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Blend together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Cut in butter. Add dried cranberries. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined. Dump onto floured surface. Gently and briefly knead together. May be quite wet dough. Press into a circle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into wedges. Place on ungreased sheet or pizza stone. Optionally: brush with egg was and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 12 minutes.
