Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 8 large * Milk, 1%, 50 grams * Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 150 grams * *Ketchup, , 2 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 large * *Italian Sausage, pork, 1 link, 4/lb * Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup * *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
Beat eggs with milk, Stir in cottages cheese

Chop roughly and Cook onions and sausage, Chop and wilt spinach add rice.

SPRAY Large muffin tins

Spoon cooked mixture into 6 large muffin tins, pour egg mixture over top to cover or fill.

Cook till 180' f

serve fresh or freeze to reheat for quick food.
