Breakfast Cake for One

Ingredients
1 tablespoon each of whole wheat pastry flour, sugar and oats. a pinch of soda1 teaspoon of cinnamon2 tablespoons of yogurt 2 tablespoons of cranberries
Directions
Spray a small bowl with cooking spray and add the yogurt to bowl and on top it place your dry ingredients ( but not cranberries).
Mix well and then mix in cranberries.
Place uncovered in microwave and cook on Hi for one minute, then enjoy while warm.
Note microwaves vary so add a little time if yours is not done, but on a few seconds
