Teri's Tuna Chip Sandwich

Ingredients
5 oz can solid white tuna in water1 TBSP mayonnaise2 slices of breadabout 7 or 8 potato chips
Directions
Drain tuna well and mix with mayo. Spread about half of mixture on slice of bread. Layer with chips and top with other slice of bread.
Makes about 2 sandwiches.

* Pump up the taste by using flavored chips.
For a lighter version skip the chips and toast the bread for a different kind of crunch.
