Diabetic Fruit Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup dates1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup prunes1 cup water1 stick margarine2 eggs beaten1 tsp. vanilla1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Makes 10
Boil dates, raisins, prunes in 1 cup water for 5 minutes. Melt margarine in the fruit mixture and let cool. Add remaining ingrediets and mix thoroughly. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9x9 baking pan. Let cool and cut into ten bars.
