Ingredients
flour blend, baking powder, salt, unsweetened apple sauce or grated apple, plain yogurt, vanilla extract, milk, egg, pure maple syrup or honey, chocolate chips, blueberries
Directions
The cookbook says it makes 18 pancakes, but I usually get about 10 or so out of a single batch so i usually double it to have leftovers for school mornings. Serving size would be about 2.5 pancakes if you make 10 (they are pretty filling!)

    My family loves these! When I have no yogurt, I substitute skim milk and they turn out fine. The author of the cookbook offers the same substitution, if necessary. She prefers the nutrition of yogurt over milk. - 4/21/12

    I made these (I own the book) and my daughter and I loved them. The recipe says to drop batter using a tablespoon or small ladle, we used 1/4 c per pancake and got 9 pancakes out of the batter. And they were so tasty we didn't even need the syrup. - 2/15/10
