Erin's Easy Rotini

Ingredients
1 box of rotini (whole-wheat or low carb) 14 oz.1 lb of ground Turkey4 tbs Balsamic Vinegar1 tbs Olive Oil1 C Marinara Sauce.5 C Onion1 clove Garlic1 tsp Splenda (or other sugar substitute)Salt & Pepper to taste2 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
In Large pot, boil water for rotini. Once the water is brought to a rolling boil, pour in the contents of the box. Cook for 8-10 minutes

Meanwhile on large skillet brown the ground turkey, garlic & onion (low heat). Once the meat is completely brown and the onions are glass-like, add the tomato sauce, splenda, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add salt & pepper to your own liking.

Preheat oven to 400.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain the remaining water. Pour the warmed meat sauce onto the plain pasta and stir until fully mixed.
Transfer the pasta into an oven safe dish and lightly sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese to the top of the dish.

Put in oven for 10 minutes (until the cheese has melted).

Serves 7-8. Enjoy!

*If the dish is lacking flavor, rather than add lots of salt, pour in a little extra balsamic vinegar. It adds a lot of taste with little health impact!
