Extra Virgin Olive OilWhite FlourBrown RiceShrimp (Large Cooked Tail on)Petite Diced TomatoesCeleryOnionsPeppers3 Cans Bumble Bee White Lump Crab Meat3 Cans Bumble Bee Tiny ShrimpFrozen Okra
Heat olive oil in a large stock pot until very hot. Heat broth until very hot. Add flour to mixture and stir. When it reaches the color of a copper penny, add 1/4 cup of chopped celery, onion, and pepper and stir. Add hot broth to mixture. Add the rest of the vegetable mixture (celery, pepper, onion). De-Tail the shrimp and add to your liking. Add cans of tiny shrimp, crabmeat, tomatoes, okra. Cook rice (I use boil in the bag) and add to mixture. Bring all ingredients to a boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
