Guiltless Salmon Burger

Ingredients
4 - 4oz Wild salmon fillet1 tsp dijon Mustard1 Tbsp fat-free mayo1 Tbsp chives, chopped2 Tbsp eel sauce1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Cut salmon into 1 inch peices. Place in a food processor, pulse salmon just until finely chopped. Transfer salmon to a medium bowl. add teh rest of the ingredients and form 4 - 4oz patties.
Grill patties on med-high heat on each side just until opaque in the center, about 3 minutes.
