low carb strawberry/banana yogurt smoothie

Ingredients
one teaspoon of splenda1/4 cup frozen strawberries1/4 cup fresh banana1/4 cup yogurt plain1/4 cup water or more can add to amount by using ice
Directions
This is just a simple shake that is low in carbs. Add all ingredients to your blender and within a few seconds it is done. I add additional water when I want it thinner. I also add protien powder low in carbs when I run long distances.

    Delish and I like that it made only one serving. In place of Splenda, I used Truvia (Stevia) which I Feel safer ingesting then Splenda. - 4/17/16
