Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb bonless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bit size peices1 package stir fry seasoning1 TBSP lite soy sauce1/2 TBSP oyster sauce2 cups green pepper, cut into strips2 cups onion, blias cut1 8 oz can mushrooms
Directions
Spray skillet with vegetable spray. Add chicken, pepper, onionm and 1 TBSP water. Cover skillet and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Mix seasoning mix with 1/3 cup water and add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add mushrooms and seasoning mixture, and cook until heated through. For a thicker sauce, add a little cornstarch to the seasoning mix before pouring into the skillet.
