1 14-oz. package silken tofu, drained6 T semisweet chocolate chips1 tsp. vanilla extract1 ready-made graham cracker crust
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Meanwhile, in food processor, process tofu until very smooth. Add vanilla and melted chocolate and process until combined, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour into graham shell, chill until firm and be ready to dazzle your guests.
